Our Outlet Store and Showroom remain closed until further notice. You can continue to purchase through our website for delivery or Click and Collect (we will be in touch when your order is ready to collect).
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in perfect new condition in original packaging with tags attached if applicable, at your expense for a credit - please note there are NO returns accepted on Special Make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers, pillows, beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered. Any returns with ripped packaging/missing packaging or not looking like the item originally arrived to you will not be accepted back.
All returned goods must be accompanied by an RA (Returns Authorisation) number. Please contact us prior to returning goods to receive the RA number which must be noted on your return.
Important - No Postal Deliveries are accepted - COURIER ONLY.
A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the product/s excluding GST will be deducted from the credit amount unless prior arrangements have been made to send the goods as samples that may be returned if not suitable. The credit amount may be used against future purchases and will be valid for one year from date of return. No refunds will be processed for returns. Please contact us prior to returning goods and include your name/contact details with the goods so we know where they have come from.
Once orders have been placed, they can be amended providing you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order (ie if you make a mistake on size etc), but not cancelled.
If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to discuss method of shipping back to us prior to return as we will not be responsible for any shipping costs that have not been pre-approved by us - we will normally arrange for collection from you by our own couriers in this case.
Please note: There are NO returns on special make items, Duvet Inners, Mattress Toppers or Pillows for hygiene reasons, beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty. No returns will be accepted from international customers. All orders shipped overseas are final. We take no responsibility for international orders damaged in transit, we take extra care to package the items as well as possible. International orders - customs duties please note: For any orders shipped outside of New Zealand the customer is the importer of the product and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges imposed on your purchase. These charges vary in each country and are outside of our control. We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed in your country.
