For website orders freight will be charged on all orders under $200 excl GST at the flat rate of $8.90+GST and orders over $200 excl GST will be shipped free of charge to most mainland NZ destinations with the exclusion of NZ islands including Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart & Chatham Islands and some rural areas, and excluding beds, bunks, mattresses and some bulky freight (ie cushion inners) - please contact us to check freight costs prior to placing your order . For orders placed manually by phone, fax or email, freight will be charged on all orders under $200 excl GST at the rate charged by our courier company. FYI this will be more than the flat $8.90+GST freight charge for orders placed online because of staff time involved in manually taking and processing your order. Free freight for orders over $200 excl GST will still apply to manual orders excluding beds, bunks, mattresses and bulky items to some rural destinations.
Free freight applies only to accounts paid on or before the agreed due date as per our trading terms and will be reversed and charged to your account if not paid on time. Beds, bunks, mattresses, furniture lines and some bulky items (ie cushion inners) may attract freight charges. We will contact you prior to proceeding with your order if this is the case. For the purpose of freight on beds, "Main Centres" means Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch. If you would like a quote for freight prior to placing an order, please contact us. For Overseas Customers, freight on all items will be to the customer's account and payment is required prior to goods leaving our warehouse in Auckland. We will contact you to discuss and agree upon freight arrangements for overseas orders prior to proceeding with order. we strongly advise Overseas Customers to contact us prior to placement of order online as there may be bank charges/fees incurred if a decision is made not to proceed for which we will not be held accountable.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-7 business days (this does NOT include weekends) from the date an order is received. An automated email will be sent with the parcels tracking number once an order has been shipped.
National urban deliveries within the North Island typically arrive within 24-48 hours and 48-72 hours (this does NOT include weekends) when delivering to the South Island. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days if the parcel is being delivered to a rural address.
Alternatively your order can be picked up from our Mt Wellington warehouse during our business hours Monday - Friday 9am-4pm (closed weekends and public holidays) - you will need to present your order ID and a valid form of identification (passport, drivers license, or Kiwi Access Card). When placing your order please select 'Click and Collect' option under Shipping Method. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please note some orders may take 4-5 business days from the date the order is received before it is ready to be collected.
Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
