Businesses registering on our website need to be bona fide registered trading entities and by submitting registraiton agree to our Terms & Conditions and Store Policies outlined below.
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return an item you purchase in new condition in original packaging with tags attached if applicable, at your expense for a credit -please note there are no returns accepted on Special Make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers, pillows, beds, bunks, mattresses, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered . All returned goods must be accompanied by a GRA number. Please contact us prior to returning goods to receive the GRA number which must be noted on your return. A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the product/s excluding GST will be deducted from the credit amount. The credit amount must be used against future purchases and no refunds will be processed for returns. Please contact us prior to shipping so we know to expect the item back, and please include your name/contact details with the goods so we know where they have come from. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to discuss method of shipping back to us prior to return. We will not be responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to us without prior approval.
Should the product you have received be damaged or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us by phone/fax or email, to help us arrange a replacement or repair. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranties which vary according to the product concerned. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. You can expect the refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase once we have received the goods back in our warehouse.
DELIVERY & PAYMENT
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Toll TranzLink for bulk freight, Fastway Couriers for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please either refuse to accept the goods from the courier or ensure you make a note when you sign for the goods. You will need to contact us immediately to advise us of the problem. Please note that any claims for missing items or cartons from a shipment or damage to goods must be notified to us immediately upon receipt as courier companies will only accept claims made for damaged or lost goods if lodged within 7 days of delivery to our customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered if you have supplied an incorrect address.
Overseas - For orders outside mainland New Zealand, we will contact you with freight options for your approval prior to proceeding with your order.
New Zealand - Orders over $200 excl GST will be delivered to mainland New Zealand addresses (does not include NZ islands or some rural areas) freight free with the exception of bulky items including beds, mattresses, bunks, furniture etc to some areas. In these cases, we will contact you to advise you of the cost of freight for your approval prior to proceeding with the order. If you have a credit account with us and free freight is applied to your order, please note that you must ensure your account is paid on or before the due date or the free freight content will be reversed and charged to your account. If you have not previously applied for and been granted a credit account, you will be required to arrange payment for your goods by direct bank credit, cash, Visa or Mastercard prior to goods being despatched.
Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors may occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase and refund any monies paid.
