REGISTRATION

Businesses registering on our website need to be bona fide registered trading entities and by submitting registraiton agree to our Terms & Conditions and Store Policies outlined below.

RETURNS

Within 7 days of delivery, you may return an item you purchase in new condition in original packaging with tags attached if applicable, at your expense for a credit -please note there are no returns accepted on Special Make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers, pillows, beds, bunks, mattresses, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered .  All returned goods must be accompanied by a GRA number.  Please contact us prior to returning goods to receive the GRA number which must be noted on your return.  A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the product/s excluding GST will be deducted from the credit amount.  The credit amount must be used against future purchases and no refunds will be processed for returns.  Please contact us prior to shipping so we know to expect the item back, and please include your name/contact details with the goods so we know where they have come from. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to discuss method of shipping back to us prior to return.  We will not be responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to us without prior approval.

WARRANTY

Should the product you have received be damaged or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us by phone/fax or email, to help us arrange a replacement or repair. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranties which vary according to the product concerned. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.  You can expect the refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase once we have received the goods back in our warehouse. 

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Toll TranzLink for bulk freight, Aramex Couriers for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please either refuse to accept the goods from the courier or ensure you make a note when you sign for the goods.  You will need to contact us immediately to advise us of the problem. Please note that any claims for missing items or cartons from a shipment or damage to goods must be notified to us immediately upon receipt as courier companies will only accept claims made for damaged or lost goods if lodged within 7 days of delivery to our customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered if you have supplied an incorrect address.

Overseas - For orders outside mainland New Zealand, we will contact you with freight options for your approval prior to proceeding with your order.

New Zealand - Orders over $200 excl GST will be delivered to mainland New Zealand addresses (does not include NZ islands or some rural areas) freight free with the exception of bulky items including beds, mattresses, bunks, furniture etc to some areas. In these cases, we will contact you to advise you of the cost of freight for your approval prior to proceeding with the order. If you have a credit account with us and free freight is applied to your order, please note that you must ensure your account is paid on or before the due date or the free freight content will be reversed and charged to your account. If you have not previously applied for and been granted a credit account, you will be required to arrange payment for your goods by direct bank credit, cash, Visa or Mastercard prior to goods being despatched.

PRICING ERRORS

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors may occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase and refund any monies paid.

IMAGES

All images are used for illustrative purposes only. Every effort is made to display these as true to life as possible. Due to the variety of digital screen settings some products may look different on different screens.

With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. This privacy policy describes the practices that apply to our site, including, specifically, the information we collect about you, when and how we collect that information and what may happen to that information.

  • we will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, e-mail and mailing address and telephone number ("Personal Information") without your knowledge and permission;
  • we will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so;

Commercial Supplies Ltd does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). Commercial Supplies Ltd uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.

 When you place an order Commercial Supplies Ltd will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, etc. in order to process your order.

WE USE COOKIES

Cookies allow Commercial Supplies Ltd to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including Commercial Supplies Ltd, require cookies to process your orders.

TRENDS, TRACKING AND SHARING INFORMATION

Commercial Supplies Ltd uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each customer's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

SECURITY

Commercial Supplies Ltd uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our website and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
