RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty. Huge and heavy sheets. Double/queen easily fits super king. Too big for our small accommodation, doing our own laundry. It fills the machine quickly. Heavy. They do feel better after a few washes.

Lodge Pillowcases
Large size which we wanted but not very lux. The fabric feels very thick and little scratchy. Washes well and irons ok. CSL Reply - Thank you for your feed back - Supercale is a lot thicker than normal polycotton and is engineered that way especially for commercial laundering. It will soften up after the first 5-6 washes - it performs really well with a hot wash.

Delighted
They say that in the accommodation sector, friendliness and cleanliness are the two most important parameters. To this we would add "consistency"; meaning that at Riverstone Motel in Rangiora, we are focussed on consistency across our offer, so no matter which room type guests book, the presentation, appeal and quality of the accommodation is the same... i.e. consistent. To this end we sampled a number of different pillowcase options from several commercial suppliers over the summer months, with a view to purchase our full requirement of the one we deemed the best. The Sheridan/Actil supercale white pillowcases form Commercial Supplied Ltd were far and away the best option - little to no shrinkage, easy to launder and they look fabulous on our triple sheeted beds. And to top it off, the CSL team are fabulous to work with!
