Care Instructions:
- Do not use a detergent containing optical brightening agents, which are excellent for keeping whites white, but will make some shades look pale and faded.
- Be sure that your detergent is fully dissolved before adding your towels to the water.
- Launder up to 40°C on delicate wash
- We do not recommend using fabric conditioner as it reduces absorbency, and in some cases, makes them water resistant.
- Avoid contact with household cleaners containing chlorine. Bleach will damage the colour permanently.
- Line dry or tumble dry on low to medium heat setting if necessary. Avoid excessive heat as this may shrink towel.
- Baksana towels are woven, not knitted, so a pulled loop will not unravel. If you do snag your towel, simply cut the snagged loop off with sharp scissors.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
