Care Instructions: Use with Joseph Joseph IW5 custom-fit liners. Also suitable for use with standard liners. External surfaces: wipe clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners. Bucket: remove from unit and clean with hot, soapy water. To help remove unpleasant odours, a solution of baking powder and water may also be used. Wipe dry before replacing in unit. Odour filter: for best performance, replace every 3 months.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
