Care Instructions:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the grinding mechanism or body in water. Always store in a dry place and avoid use above steaming pots. To insert batteries, remove the battery protector on the black motor and insert 4 x AA batteries as indicated. To fill, unlock the body by twisting to the unlocked position, remove the outer case and black motor section, and fill three-quarters full with salt or peppercorns. Adjust grind by turning the black knob underneath - largest dot for coarsest, smallest dot for finest.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
