Care Instructions: Use a non-slip underlay to prevent movement and wear. Spot clean with warm water and a damp, undyed cloth, avoid soaking, scrubbing, or detergents. Vacuum with low suction, rotate regularly, and avoid direct sunlight. Shedding may occur initially and will reduce over time. Slight variations in size and colour are normal due to the handcrafted nature.

RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
