Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease and flour the cups as your recipe suggests, and follow the temperature recommended in your recipe. Do not overheat the empty pan or leave it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Avoid metal knives or utensils to protect the surface. The non-stick finish cleans quickly with hot soapy water - rinse well and wipe dry. Never use abrasive cleaners or pads that could damage the coating. If using a dishwasher, the pan may retain some moisture after the cycle - wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
