Care Instructions:
Wash in warm soapy water and dry completely before first use. Grease and flour the pan according to your recipe requirements, and follow the suggested oven temperature. Avoid overheating the empty pan or leaving it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Allow the pan to cool fully before cleaning. Use non-metal utensils only to protect the coating. Hand wash with hot soapy water for quick results, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers that could damage the finish. If using a dishwasher, the pan may remain slightly damp, dry it by hand with a soft cloth at the end of the cycle.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
