Care Instructions:
Before initial use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water and dry completely. Grease and flour the pan as indicated in your recipe, and adhere to the recommended baking temperature. Prevent overheating the empty pan or leaving it unattended inside the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Let the pan cool fully prior to cleaning. Stick to non-metal utensils to avoid damaging the surface. The non-stick coating washes easily using hot soapy water - rinse well and dry with a cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that might scratch the finish. When using a dishwasher, the pan could retain some moisture after the cycle - wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
