Care Instructions:
Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water and dry fully before first use. Grease and flour the pan as your recipe directs, and follow the advised oven temperature. Avoid overheating the empty pan or leaving it unattended in the oven. Oven safe up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave use. Allow complete cooling before cleaning. Use only non-metal utensils to safeguard the surface. The non-stick finish cleans quickly with hot soapy water - rinse well and dry with a cloth. Do not use abrasive scourers or cleaners that could harm the coating. If dishwashing, the pan may retain some moisture - wipe it dry using a soft cloth after the cycle finishes.

Important - during the festive period (November / December) and during COVID lockdowns (level 2 or higher) there will be delays in both the dispatch and delivery of all orders.
RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
