- Weights listed are pre-wash. As the towels are made from 100% cotton, some natural shrinkage will occur after washing and drying — this is normal for cotton textiles.
- Towels are bale packed for bulk shipping, meaning they arrive compressed. They will soften and fluff out significantly after the first wash — this is standard for high-quality hospitality towels.
- The average GSM for the towel range (excluding the bathmat) is 637, offering a soft, absorbent, and luxurious feel while remaining easy to launder and quick to dry.
- The Bath Towel, Spa Towel, and Bathmat include discreet RFID chips sewn into the hems, ideal for inventory tracking in commercial laundries. These are not visible to guests and do not affect comfort.
- All towels feature double-stitched hems for long-term durability and a polyester-reinforced border to minimise shrinkage and help maintain their shape through repeated laundering.

RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty.
